Visit from school nurse

The School Nurse came and talked to the P3's about how to keep themselves clean and healthy.
They revisited the Eat Well plate and the importance of a good nights sleep.

Visit from Britt Harcus

All P3 classes had a visit from local illustrator Britt Harcus. She showed them how to develop a character. Britt wrote this book and made her main character wear red boots so that the character was easily recognised in the illustrations. These were  Britt's favourite books when she was a child. .
